STALLION: DGS IndyGo (2005 – 2018)
Futurity Champion and Sire of AQHA World and Congress Top 10’s
As a result of generational breeding and passed down from sire, Indian Artifacts, DGS IndyGo and his foals have exhibited the modern conformation and the huge stride that is so sought after. Not only for the Hunter Under Saddle market, but a stride that is balanced and cadenced, therefore competitive in any english venue including rail, over fence and dressage competitions.
At DeGraff Stables, looking to perpetuate form to function; we love the height, the uphill build, the length and angle of the shoulder and those great hips we continue to see in foal after foal. In fact, the cross of Indian Artifacts x Taking Invitations by Invitation Only has resulted in many successful full
siblings to DGS IndyGo: Indytermined and DGS Indystinctive; both have multiple AQHA World Show and Quarter Horse Congress Top 5 and 10’s, DGS Indymagination; Top 5 NSBA BCF Open Hunter LL and an AQHA HUS point earner, DGS Farohs Artifacts an AQHA Point earner. Taking Invitations is also the dam of futurity winner To Hot to Invite and is the half sister of the exceptional producer Private Pleasures. Private Pleasures, dam of 8 foals of which 6 are performers.
Home-bred by DeGraff Stables, and shown by Missy Thyfault of Thyfault Performance Horses, DGS IndyGo accumulated Life-Time Earnings in excess of $16,000 and was crowned the 2YO Just For Pleasure Open Hunter Under Saddle Champion. Missy always commented on his great capabilities, the contemporary movement and his wonderful temperament. Homozygous for the black gene, DGS IndyGo was 17.2 Hands and sadly, a stall neck injury sidelined him from further competitions in his three year old year and he was retired to stud.
With the pedigree of DGS IndyGo, packed with performers and producers, and the next generation growing and developing; we ask our breeders to all stay in touch with us! We would love to track your many successes here and on the Facebook page for DGS IndyGo.
Thank you to all. We miss you DGS IndyGo …. rest in peace big guy.
